- Scheduled Warranty Services: Based on the installation date, we conduct fixed periodic inspections during the warranty period to evaluate the machine’s health. This service is provided in addition to machine breakdown calls.
- Scheduled Warranty Services with PMC (for machines in warranty): If you wish to increase the number of inspection visits during the warranty period, you can sign a minimal-cost Preventive Maintenance Contract.
- Individual Service Agreements (for extended warranty): When purchasing the machine, the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), which ensures fortnightly or monthly periodic inspections of the equipment based on the agreement. Any malfunctions and breakdowns caused will be repaired free of cost during the agreement time.
- Paid Calls (post-warranty): In case of a breakdown, our service technicians can help on-call or in-person resolve the issue within a minimum plausible time based on client confirmation.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (post-warranty): We recommend a periodic performance check of machines at suggested intervals of 15 days, 30 days, and 60 days. Regular maintenance and inspection by the service team and the client can limit breakdowns and considerably reduce costs.
