It has a very modern yet authentic style to the interiors of the café. It is particularly a very well-known outlet for brick oven pizzas, burgers, and pasta. They use the best of ingredients for all their recipes to make the experience a delight to every customer that walks in. They specialise mainly in Italian delicacies. One of their major highlights is the coffee they serve, do pay a visit to kick start your drowsy day with a shot of espresso. Esperance – Jayanagar, Bangalore
This is a brand-new continental style cafe located in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This cafe has beautiful decor and is picture-perfect for any occasion. Café Moodala Mane – Banashankari, Bangalore
It is spacious and has a very calming ambiance to itself. One can find a lot of writers and creative heads at this café. The place has a fabulous collection of coffees to taste and explore. They are brewing their coffees on our Italian espresso machine Rancilio Classe 5 Double group and using an Anfim Caimano Doser to freshly grind their beans to elevate coffee quality. Third Wave Coffee Roasters–Chain of Cafés, Bangalore
If you’re a coffee-lover living in Bangalore, look no further than a Third Wave Coffee Roasters. The physical evidence of the place is on point with a lot of wooden furniture, soothing lights, and the main brew area demarcated from the seating area very casually yet definitely. You get to experience both the indoor and outdoor worlds in their cafes.
Coming to the coffee, it’s done in not one but four ways: Aeropress, French press, Chemex and pour-overs. Their varieties include cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, flavoured hot and cold coffee, and hot chocolate. They use the Mahlkonig EK43 grinder to grind coffee beans according to the requirements of the coffee.
We tried their snacks as well and were blown away to know that most of the ingredients were freshly sourced.
Market Table – Koramangala, Bangalore
The cafe is located at 5th A Block Koramangala, a wooden themed bistro – Market Table’s take on guilt-free fare will leave you with an appetite for farm-fresh warm salad bowls, cafe bites, and sugar-free smoothies. Their major speciality must be their speciality coffee, for which they use Rancilio Classe 5 Single group machine with an Anfim Best doser. Do any a visit for some mouth water delicacies on the table.
All Saints Bakery & Café – Brigade Road, ITC Cafeteria, Bangalore
All Saints was founded in 1969 by Thomas Vellara, a passionate young baker in his early twenties at the quieter side of Brigade Road, Bangalore. The bakery soon became popular for its fresh handmade bread and traditional plum cakes. Over the years the bakery has evolved and grown with the city, catering to Bangalore’s traditional tastes and palettes. The Bakery now managed by the second generation along with their children now churns out savouries and pastries unique to All Saints, which should be a certain try. They also dispense some fresh coffee on the go to all employees in their ITC cafeteria with the very fast Kalerm K90L machine.
