• Scheduled Warranty Services: Based on the installation date, we conduct fixed periodic inspections to evaluate the machine’s health during the warranty period. This service is provided in addition to machine breakdown calls.
• Scheduled Warranty Services with PMC (for machines in warranty): You can sign a minimal-cost preventive maintenance contract to increase the number of inspection visits during the warranty period.
• Individual Service Agreements (for extended warranty): When purchasing the machine, the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), which ensures fortnightly or monthly periodic inspections of the equipment based on the agreement. Any malfunctions and breakdowns caused will be repaired free of cost during the agreement time.
• Paid Calls (post-warranty): In case of a breakdown, our service technicians can help on-call or in-person resolve the issue within a minimum plausible time based on client confirmation.
