Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties: –

  • Focussed on delivering customer satisfaction, therefore understand their needs and requirements.
  • Inform customers about our vast product portfolio & recommend the right product
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication and secure information & demos
  • Be responsive to customer’s inquiries
  • Build relationships with long term prospect

Skills required: –

  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized, efficient & quick to respond.
  • Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.

  • B2B experience preferred.
