About the Expert : Tanmay Seth
Led by the Founder of Brew Clan Coffee Roasters Mr Tanmay Seth, a passionate coffee professional who began his journey in the industry in 2020, roasting small batches from home with a deep curiosity for the craft. What started as a personal pursuit quickly evolved into a focused commitment to unlocking the true potential of every coffee bean.
Over the years, Tanmay has refined his skills and earned his SCA Roasting Certification, allowing him to explore the science of roasting, profile development, and sensory evaluation at a deeper level. His approach blends precision with creativity, resulting in roasts that are both technically sound and uniquely expressive.
Today, Tanmay roasts and supplies specialty coffee to over 30 cafés and restaurants across Delhi and the NCR. Known for his emphasis on distinctive flavour profiles, he works closely with each origin to highlight its unique character—ensuring every cup tells a story of care, craft, and quality.
