Sangya Yadav is the first Indian woman to be officially authorised by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) as an SCA Authorised Trainer (AST). She has built a distinguished career as a coffee consultant, sensory analyst, and trainer.

As the founder of Quick Brown Fox Coffee Roasters, he combines his technical knowledge with a passion for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee.

About the Experts :
Caleb Ellis
Caleb is the Founder of Vivace Coffee and a seasoned coffee consultant.
He is an Associate Specialty Coffee Trainer while also internationally licensed and SCA certified in Barista Skills, Brewing, Sensory and Roasting. Additionally, he holds an advanced roasting certification from the prestigious Araku Coffee Skills Program.
He also is the International Director for South Asia with the Global Coffee Initiative— a movement that leverages the global coffee supply chain to bring transformation, dignity, and hope to underserved communities through ethical and sustainable practices.
Rohan Sebastian
Rohan is a coffee consultant and has 7+ years in the speciality coffee industry.
He holds SCA Diplomas and Professional certifications in Coffee Quality, Barista Skills, Roasting and Sensory and is a Q Arabica Grader.
Rohan has been on the judging panel for multiple National coffee events. He also is a professor for Café Economics Analysis at the Atal Incubation Centre.
