Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: - Here are the key expectations from the role:- Develop a clear and consistent brand persona for Somethings Brewing across all social platforms
- Create and activate the coffee lovers community through social channels
- Regular engagement with communities across platforms through a blend of content sharing, collaborations, activities online/offline and more
- Setting up Paid Campaigns on Google and Social Platforms
- Prepare Campaign Strategy and Ad Content, maintain and optimise campaign performance
- Generate insights through consumer connect and engagement
- Develop crowdsourced content as well as contribute to in-house content development
- Develop a strategy to drive-up the key parameters for social engagement in a consistent manner
- Hands on experience on paid tools like Similar Web, SEMRUSH is a plus
- Internal: Product & Marketing teams
- External: Collaborators in Coffee segment – D2C brands, Coffee businesses, Bloggers and more
- External : Various Agencies to amplify content
- Prior Experience – Driving Social Media strategy for a D2C / Ecommerce brand for a min of 2 years either within
- the organization or working for an agency
- Domain / Industry – Brand should have been in the FMCG / F&B space ideally
- Education - MBA/PGDBM in Marketing
- Strong Presentation & Communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge / interest in Coffee
- Self-starter, Bias for Action, Creativity

Responsibilities & Duties: -- In charge of creating engaging content strategy for various segments, analytics & review
- Research trends, create content, publish as per content calendar to meet business objectives
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyse web traffic metrics
- Online content applications-Website, Newsletters, Emailers, Lead gen messages, Blogs, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.
- Offline content applications -Brochures, Pamphlets, Gift merchandise, Event collaterals, PR articles, all customer communications
- Advertisement copy · Social Media Management · Basic understanding of brand building via content
- Previous experience in a creative agency, B2B or Technical companies preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content analytics softwares required.
- PowerPoint champion · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, efficient & quick to respond. · Creative writing, has a way with language
- Basic understanding of design principles
- Journalism, Mass Communication, Fine Arts or Marketing
- B2B experience preferred. ·
