- Scheduled Warranty Services: Based on the installation date, during the warranty period, we conduct fixed periodic inspections to evaluate the health of the machine. This service is provided apart from machine breakdown calls.
- Scheduled Warranty Services with PMC (for machines in warranty): If you wish to increase the number of inspection visits during the warranty period, you can sign a Preventive Maintenance Contract at a minimal cost.
- Individual Service Agreements (for extended warranty): At the time of purchasing the machine, the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), which ensures fortnightly or monthly periodic inspections of the equipment based on the agreement.
- Any malfunctions and breakdowns caused will be repaired free of cost during the agreement time.
- Paid Calls (post-warranty): In case of a breakdown, our service technicians can help either on-call or in-person to resolve the issue within a minimum plausible time based on client confirmation.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (post-warranty): We recommend a periodic performance check of machines at suggested intervals of 15 days, 30 days, and 60 days. Regular maintenance and inspection by the service team and the client can limit breakdowns and considerably reduce costs.
