1) My blender is not working
Please ensure if-
a. Power cord, firmly connected to the power outlet?
b. Switches, clean and easy in operation?
c. Main switch, on?
2) My blender is vibrating vigorously, leaking from the bottom and creating noise
Please check if assembly blade, loose/ damaged or nicked?
If Yes, call for a replacement.
3) My blender blade is making noise or the blade doesn’t spin
Please check the blade, any crack at the bottom of the center or the teeth are worn out?
If Yes, call for a replacement.
4) My machine is running irregularly- selected setting runs a wrong program
Please follow these steps-
a. Reboot the machine.

5) My blender motor is making a loud grinding noise

6) My display window reads “SHUT DOWN SEE MANUAL”
