About the Expert:
Sangya Yadav: (AST, Sensory Analyst, Coffee Consultant, Founder – Tham Coffee.Studio)
Sangya Yadav is the first Indian woman to be officially authorised by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) as an SCA Authorised Trainer (AST). She has built a distinguished career as a coffee consultant, sensory analyst, and trainer.
Session Flow:
- Introduction to coffee cupping protocols and the SCA Flavour Wheel
- Cupping of washed, honey, and cherry processed Arabica & Robusta coffees
- Understanding flavour and aroma differences based on processing methods
- Coffee roasting and evaluation of roasting defects
- Espresso and drip coffee tasting across different roast profiles and blends
- Beverage menu buildup and classification
- Group skill exercises, including blind tasting and beverage creation challenges
Session Includes:
- Certification at the end of the session

The Coffee Lab Mastering Latte ART
What: Step into the world of latte art with a hands-on workshop designed for beginners. This immersive session introduces espresso and milk fundamentals, demonstrates café-style milk steaming and microfoam techniques, and guides participants through pouring basic latte art patterns.
