Why do you need to train your baristas?

Untrained baristas can directly impact a café's coffee sales.

Every café promises good coffee, but not every café delivers on that promise. The difference often lies in training. Without it, even the best machines and beans fall short. Barista training ensures that your staff understand the techniques, workflows, and service standards required to deliver exceptional service. It fosters consistency, reduces wastage, and enhances your customer experience. In short, training safeguards your café’s reputation and makes every coffee worth remembering.
