CURRENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

In case of a breakdown, our service technicians can help either on call or in person to resolve the issue free of cost and within minimum plausible time based on client confirmation. 

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)

We recommend a periodic performance check of machines at suggested intervals of 15 days, 30 days and 60 days. Regular maintenance and inspection by service team and client can limit breakdowns and considerably reduce cost.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS

At the time of purchasing the machine, the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), which ensures fortnightly or monthly periodic inspections of the equipment based on the agreement. Any malfunctions and breakdowns caused will be repaired free of cost during the agreement time period.
