The company is an Indo-German JV, and portfolio brands are from Europe and US. All key brands are market leaders worldwide.

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Here are the key expectations from the role of Manager Sales:

  1. Build strong relationships with distributors and key café/restaurant chains, and ensure a pipeline of inquiries resulting in closure and incremental business
  2. Develop a strong base of consultants and channel partners to support business growth
  3. Build strong knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with the entire inquiry to installation process
  4. Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business
  5. Deliver on revenue targets as per deployed plans

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate (Full time) – Engineer preferred

Overall 7 year experience, min 5 years in equipment sales or Coffee related business

PREFERRED SKILLS

Strong Presentation, Negotiation & Communication skills

Self-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic & Analytical Thinking

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Café operations or Restaurant operations experience and/or Barista experience preferred
